DESCRIPTION

Is a bagged choice of meats of Cinta Senese pigs genotype; is a typical Tuscan bagged, which is made with minced meat of Cinta Senese Pig genotype aromatized with salt, black pepper minced, seeds and flowers of wild fennel. The product is seasoned for three months, in special cells. Cutting results pinkish-red color with a distinctive aroma of wild fennel and very particular taste.
